I would like to reserve a conference room for a week from August 18th to 26th.
I need a large room as there are 30 people could attend to the conference.
If could the room available with electric sockets for an overhead projector and a screen cause it’s its very importance to ongoing the conference.
Could you please confirm that there is a buffet facilities near the conference room for launch, do not waste your time to look for.
